When people lie, cheat, steal and do whatever they can to get ahead... what can we do?
Distorting the truth seems to be what our political system is all about. It is not limited to politics (Republican's), it stretches into businesses and financial industries (Religion, Cigarettes, Oil, Banking, Insurance, and Media - FOX News.)
How can those same people live with themselves, their family or their God?
I was inspired to write this when Wendell Potter, a former Humana and CIGNA Insurance Industry Executive quit his high level job and wrote a 'tell all book.' What I am wondering, where is the outrage and why is this not an issue for lawsuits to flow and force this company out of business? The bigger picture is why are these practices common and deemed "standard operating procedure." At a minimum public outcry should be loud and disruptive and ultimately Government should put an end to it.
